The Basics of the Diet
The idea behind the diet is that everything is liquid-based. The dieter can eat things such as fresh vegetable juices, live green drinks, berry drinks, herbal tea and pureed vegetable soups. Garlic, beans, carrots, cucumbers, celery, collard greens, kale, beets, sweet potatoes, summer squashes, most green vegetables, tomatoes and purple cabbage are permitted as well. There are several different nutritional supplements that are a requirement of the diet. Required nutritional supplements include vitamins, digestive enzymes and aloe vera juice. This is the basics of the diet, and these are the only foods that are permitted the entire 21 days.
Warnings
Dieters are recommended to come off of the 21-day diet with extreme caution. By strictly following the plan, the dieter gets 1,000 calories a day. Caffeine and alcohol consumption must strictly be avoided. To get off of the diet, dieters are encouraged to use protein powder, soy milk, yogurt and salmon, gradually adding other nutritious foods with time.
Sample Diet Plan
Breakfast: Antioxidant berry drink, herbal cleansing formula, eight ounces of herb tea and eight ounces of water.
Mid-morning: Eight ounces of water and eight ounces of hot or iced herb tea.
Lunch: One cup of fresh vegetable juice or a green drink, eight ounces of water, herbal cleansing formula and an enzyme capsule.
Early afternoon: Eight ounces of water and eight ounces of hot or iced herb tea

Late afternoon: Antioxidant or berry drink.
Dinner: Cleansing soup, one cup of broth, one cup of herb tea, herbal cleansing formula, eight ounces of water and an enzyme capsule.
Early evening: Eight ounces of water or herb tea.
Bedtime: Aloe vera supplement.
Dieters are recommended to walk at least one mile a day in a quiet and relaxed setting. The other exercise suggestion is to bounce on a mini trampoline for 20 minutes, which can help stimulate the lymphatic system. Other recommendations while on the diet include colonics, enemas, sauna treatments and lymphatic massage.
